On the 3,000-Year Divine Plan (Keirin) of “Kunitokotachi-no-Mikoto” (Kuniyorozu-tsukurinushi-no-Oh-okami)
Regarding the Keirin (Divine Plan) of ‘Kunitokotachi-no-Mikoto’ in Japan, it is recorded in great detail within the Shinrei Seiten (Sacred Code of Divine Spirits) as the ‘3,000-Year Plan of Kuniyorozu-tsukurinushi-no-Oh-okami.’
It is recorded that the highly advanced Jomon civilization, which had previously led the world, was decimated by repeated terrestrial upheavals toward the end of the Jomon period. The record states:
‘A massive terrestrial transformation occurred on the Japanese archipelago, leading to a major collapse in the northern region of Ekone (the Sea of Japan), which completely wiped out the mountains, rivers, and vegetation. Consequently, the culture of “Hinomoto” (Japan), which had reached its absolute peak at that time, was simultaneously annihilated. Because of this, the inhabitants of the Japanese islands were forced back into a prehistoric state, compelled to live in pit dwellings (caves). The sites discovered everywhere today, which have become prime subjects for archaeology, are in fact the remains of these post-disaster pit dwellings. Archaeology and history use these sites as a basis to conclude that the inhabitants of the Japanese islands at that time were an ignorant and uncivilized people who had possessed no culture since primitive times.’
This highlights the discrepancy between the observable physical remains and the true informational height of the civilization prior to its physical erasure.
It is further recorded: ‘The ancestral deity Kunitokotachi (Kuniyorozu-tsukurinushi-no-Oh-okami), who had previously retired in accordance with the divine will of the Creator, initiated a plan to re-import foreign artifacts and culture. This was necessary to restore and reconstruct the culture of Hinomoto (Japan), the fundamental nation for global governance—culture which had originally been taught to foreign lands by successive Emperors in ancient times.’
Under the divine decree of ‘Amaterasu-Hi-no-Oh-okami,’ the presiding deity of the 5th-dimensional realm, Kunitokotachi utilized the successive Emperors starting from Emperor Jimmu to execute this strategic re-importation of world culture. The ‘Tamaki Shrine,’ known as the inner sanctuary (Okunomiya) of the Kumano Sanzan, stands as the symbol of this grand design.
The history of Japan reflects how ‘Kunitokotachi-no-Mikoto’ took measures to prevent the original Japanese culture from being annihilated due to an excessive re-importation of foreign elements. Throughout different eras, appropriate individuals were selected to implement ‘Boatsu’ (preventative or counterbalancing) measures. This is manifested in events such as the ritual rebuilding (Sengu) of Ise Grand Shrine, Empress Jingu’s expedition to the three Korean kingdoms, Prince Shotoku’s regency, Emperor Tenji’s establishment of the Ritsuryo legal codes, En no Gyoja’s founding of Mount Omine, Emperor Shomu’s construction of Todai-ji Temple, Kukai’s founding of Mount Koya, Emperor Daigo’s restoration of Mount Omine, Nichiren’s establishment of the Nichiren sect, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s governance (including the expulsion of Jesuit missionaries).
To prepare for the ‘Opening of the Heavenly Rock Cave’ (Iwato-biraki), the divine decree of ‘Amaterasu-Hi-no-Oh-okami,’ the presiding deity of the 5th-dimensional realm, was first delivered to Munetada Kurozumi, the founder of the Kurozumi-kyo sect, in 1814. Following the emergence of the Tenri-kyo and Konko-kyo sects, the divine revelation of ‘Kunitokotachi-no-Mikoto’ was bestowed upon Nao Deguchi, the foundress of the Oomoto-kyo sect.
Subsequently, on June 15, 1931, Master Mokichi Okada performed a sacred ritual at the summit of Mount Nokogiri in Chiba Prefecture, marking the spiritual ‘Opening of the Rock Cave.’ At this moment, ‘Amaterasu-Hi-no-Oh-okami’ descended into the 4th-dimensional realm as ‘Amaterasu-Sumeme-Omikami,’ and ‘Kunitokotachi-no-Mikoto’ officially returned to his position as the presiding deity of the Earth.
