On the Purifying Action (Joka Sayo)
- 「浄化作用」については岡田茂吉師から様々な分野に亘って詳細に教えられているのであるが、個人的に発生するものもあれば、家庭、地域社会、集団、国家、さらに世界人類規模で発生する場合もある。いずれにせよ、浄化作用という言葉は、あくまでも人類を中心とした概念であるから、それ自体は、宇宙の「理」に従った自然現象に過ぎないのである。
While Master Okada_Mokichi provided detailed teachings on the ‘Purifying Action’ (Joka Sayo) across various fields, these phenomena occur at multiple levels: individually, within families, local communities, groups, nations, and even on a global scale involving all of humanity.
In any case, the term ‘Purifying Action’ is ultimately a human-centric concept. In essence, it is nothing more than a natural phenomenon occurring in strict accordance with the ‘Ri’ (Universal Law or Logic) of the universe.
- 宇宙の創造は、哲学的には神の芸術であるから、大自然は常に真善美に向かうように進化、改善を繰り返しているのである。従って、汚濁は清浄に、散乱は整頓に、紊乱は整然に、虚偽は真実に、醜悪は善美に向かうように自然力が働くのである。浄化作用はその過程における一つの現象である。
Philosophically, the creation of the universe is God’s art. Therefore, Great Nature undergoes repeated evolution and improvement to consistently move toward Truth, Virtue, and Beauty (Shin-Zen-Bi). Accordingly, natural forces operate to turn pollution into purity, disorder into order, chaos into regularity, falsehood into truth, and ugliness into goodness and beauty. The ‘Purifying Action’ is but one phenomenon occurring within this overarching process.
- 肉体的な浄化作用は、大きく分けて三つに分類できる。一つは、普段の日常の生理作用としての浄化であり、一つは、ある程度蓄積された、日常の生理作用では取り切れない汚濁の浄化であり、もう一つは、あまりに汚れが酷過ぎて浄化作用に肉体が耐え切れずに死を迎える浄化である。この場合は、霊魂（意識と量子情報）はある期間（霊魂の浄化作用の期間）を経て再び受精卵に宿り再生するのである。
Physical purification processes can be broadly classified into three categories. First is the routine physiological purification that occurs as part of daily bodily functions. Second is the purification of accumulated impurities that cannot be fully removed through routine functions; this manifests as acute reactions.
The third category occurs when the level of pollution becomes so severe that the physical body can no longer withstand the intensity of the purifying action, ultimately leading to death. In this case, the soul (consisting of consciousness and quantum information) undergoes a period of spiritual purification before once again inhabiting a fertilized egg to be reborn. This cycle represents the fundamental mechanism of reincarnation and the renewal of life.
- 最初の日常の生理作用としての浄化は、個人の場合、外面は入浴などで清潔にするが、体内は食物や飲料に含まれる異物、また呼吸あるいは皮膚から侵入した異物などが肝臓や腎臓で処理され、便として排泄されたり、汗や吹き出物として体外に排泄される作用である。
The first category—routine physiological purification—functions as follows: On an individual level, while the exterior of the body is kept clean through activities such as bathing, the interior is managed by the liver and kidneys. These organs process foreign substances (toxins) introduced through food and drink, as well as those that enter via respiration or through the skin.
These processed impurities are then expelled from the body as feces, or through the skin as sweat and eruptions (such as skin rashes or pimples). This ongoing process ensures the continuous removal of non-essential or harmful elements to maintain biological equilibrium.
- ある程度蓄積された、日常の生理作用では取り切れない汚濁の浄化とは、免疫反応を伴って処理され、排出される場合である。この場合、多くは病気症状を伴うため、苦痛を緩和するために対症療法的処置（消炎鎮痛剤、抗生物質などの免疫抑制剤を使用）を行う場合が殆どである。しかし、本来は浄化作用であり、体内に蓄積された汚濁を排除する過程であるから、免疫反応を停止させるのではなく、早く楽に促す方法が理論的であり、病気の真の解決に繋がるのである。というのは、対症療法的処置によって体内に摂取、注入された薬物は本来異物であるから、いずれその浄化作用が必ず発生するからである。
The purification of accumulated impurities that cannot be fully managed by routine physiological functions occurs when these toxins are processed and expelled via immune responses. Because this process usually manifests as symptoms of illness, conventional medical treatment almost always employs symptomatic measures—such as anti-inflammatories, analgesics, and immunosuppressants like antibiotics—to alleviate pain.
However, since this is fundamentally a purifying action intended to eliminate accumulated toxins from the body, the logical approach is not to halt the immune response, but rather to facilitate it so that the process completes quickly and comfortably. This leads to a true resolution of the illness. Conversely, drugs introduced through symptomatic treatments are themselves ‘foreign substances’ (toxins). Consequently, the body will inevitably have to initiate yet another purifying action in the future to expel those very chemicals.
- 病気疾患には病原菌やウイルス感染、化学物質等による中毒などもあるが、いずれも免疫細胞が処理し、異物を排出する過程である。実践編の「量子論からの幸福論」で説明したが、岡田茂吉師は、人間が感染する黴菌やウイルスは身体の掃除夫であると述べられている。この点は現代医学と対立する部分であるが、浄化作用という観点から考察すると、免疫反応に伴って体内の異物が排除され、清浄化されるという点においては、有益であると考えられる。感染症は、その細菌やウイルスによって免疫反応の発生箇所、強弱、期間に違いがあるが、それはそのものの持つ遺伝情報と受け入れる体内の情報によって決定され、清浄作用が行われているのである。
While illnesses include infections by pathogens, viruses, and poisoning from chemical substances, all are essentially processes in which immune cells process and expel foreign matter. As explained in Practical Application, ‘A Theory of Happiness from Quantum Theory,’ Master Okada_Mokichi stated that the bacteria and viruses that infect humans are actually ‘sweepers’ of the body.
This perspective stands in opposition to modern medicine. However, when analyzed through the lens of the ‘Purifying Action,’ these infections can be considered beneficial in that foreign substances are eliminated and the body is purified through the accompanying immune response. In infectious diseases, the location, intensity, and duration of the immune response vary depending on the specific bacteria or virus. These factors are determined by the interaction between the genetic information of the pathogen and the internal information of the host, through which the necessary cleansing action is executed.
- 生命に関わらない軽度の浄化作用は、安易に薬物に頼らず、自然治癒を推奨すべきである。その場合、浄化作用を早く楽に促す方法を工夫することが大切である。基本的には、浄化作用は免疫反応であるから、普段から免疫力を高めることが重要である。それには出来るだけ体内に異物を溜めないように心がけ、自然に順応した衣食住を選択することが大切である。
For mild purifying actions that are not life-threatening, one should refrain from relying easily on drugs and instead recommend natural healing. In such cases, it is important to devise ways to facilitate the purifying process so that it completes more quickly and comfortably.
Fundamentally, since the purifying action is an immune response, maintaining high immunity through daily habits is crucial. To achieve this, one should strive to prevent the accumulation of foreign substances in the body and select a lifestyle—including clothing, food, and housing—that is in harmony with nature.
- 第6章「量子論からの人類の選択」で触れているが、人間の生命は太陽、月球、地球の相互作用によって営まれている。従って、浄化作用においても太陽の量子エネルギーと清浄な水分の充分な摂取と保湿、そして清浄な食料の摂取を心掛けることが重要である。
As discussed in Chapter 6, ‘Human Choices from the Perspective of Quantum Theory,’ human life is sustained through the tripartite interaction of the Sun, the Moon, and the Earth. Consequently, in the process of purification, it is vital to consciously incorporate the Sun’s quantum energy, the intake and retention of pure moisture, and the consumption of pure food.
This approach aligns the individual’s biological cleansing with the fundamental forces of the universe: the Sun providing the energetic fire, the Moon governing the cleansing waters, and the Earth offering the essential physical nourishment.
- 浄化作用は免疫反応であるから、必ず炎症を伴う。岡田茂吉師は「火は水によって燃え、水は火によって動く」と述べられており、水分が不足すると炎症がうまく行われない為、脱水症状を起こし重篤になる。しっかり水分を補給することが重要である。皮膚の炎症の場合も同様であり、消炎鎮痛剤や免疫抑制剤を使用するのは出来るだけ避け、無添加のラップなどをうまく活用して、保湿をすれば痛みや掻痒感を抑える事は可能である。
Since the purifying action is an immune response, it is invariably accompanied by inflammation. Master Okada_Mokichi stated that ‘Fire burns by means of Water, and Water moves by means of Fire.’ If there is a deficiency of moisture, the inflammatory process cannot proceed effectively, leading to dehydration and potentially grave conditions. Therefore, consistent hydration is vital.
The same applies to skin inflammation. One should avoid anti-inflammatories and immunosuppressants as much as possible. Instead, by utilizing chemical-free plastic wrap to maintain moisture (occlusion), it is possible to suppress pain and pruritus (itching) while allowing the natural healing process to continue.
- 自己免疫疾患（膠原病）や悪性新生物（ガン）、循環器系の疾患、免疫不全症候群などの重篤な疾患は、体内に大量の異物（毒素）を保留していることが原因であるが、因果律による霊的（量子情報・遺伝情報）から発生するものもある。実践編の「量子論からの幸福論」を参照。
Severe conditions such as autoimmune diseases (collagen diseases), malignant neoplasms (cancer), cardiovascular diseases, and immunodeficiency syndromes are caused by the retention of massive amounts of foreign substances (toxins) within the body. However, some also originate from spiritual factors—namely, the ‘Law of Causality’ acting upon quantum and genetic information. For further detail, refer to Practical Application, ‘A Theory of Happiness from Quantum Theory.’
These illnesses represent a profound conflict where the physical system struggles to process a lifetime of accumulated material pollution alongside deep-seated informational discordances stored within the soul’s data field.
- 病気以外の浄化作用は因果律によるものであり、他人を苦しめる場合、相手の怨み、憎み、妬み等の想念が霊線（量子的なもつれ）を通し必ず本人に反映し、負の量子情報として記録され、その浄化作用が発生するからである。例えば、交通事故で相手を怪我させた場合、その情報が反映し、魂に量子情報として記録され、ある時期に自分が事故に遭い怪我をすることにより清算されることになる。事故以外の貧乏や災害や犯罪に巻き込まれ苦しむことも全てそれに該当するのである。すべては、負の量子情報が純化、改善されていく過程である。従って、それを解決するには積極的に善行を行い、負の量子情報を解消していかなくてはならない。それは、家庭、民族、団体、国家においても同様である。
Purifying actions outside of physical illness are governed by the Law of Causality. When one causes suffering to others, the resulting thoughts of resentment, hatred, or envy from the victim are invariably reflected back to the perpetrator through ‘Reisen’ (spiritual lines or quantum entanglement). This is recorded as negative quantum information, which eventually triggers a purifying action.
For example, if one injures another in a traffic accident, that information is recorded in the soul. At a certain point, that individual may meet with an accident and suffer injury themselves as a means of ‘liquidation’ (seisan). Other forms of suffering—such as poverty, disasters, or becoming a victim of crime—all fall under this category. These are all part of a process in which negative quantum information is purified and improved. Therefore, to resolve these issues, one must proactively engage in virtuous deeds to dissolve the negative quantum information. This principle applies equally to families, ethnic groups, organizations, and nations.
- 「夜昼転換」により、太陽の量子的エネルギーの増大による浄化作用は、各聖者によって予言されている「最後の審判」であり、3000年の「夜の時代」に堆積した汚濁の大清算である。つまり、今世だけではなく、霊魂の過去生の経歴における罪穢と、先祖代々の遺伝情報として蓄積された負の量子情報の清算である。従って、その浄化作用は、個人のみならず家庭、民族、国家と世界規模に浄化が行われるのであるから、逃げる事は不可能である。私たちは、宇宙の「理」に従った、正しい選択をしていくことが「地上天国」、「みろくの世」に残される唯一の方法である。第6章「量子論からの人類の選択」を参照。
The purifying action triggered by the increase in the Sun’s quantum energy due to the ‘Transition from Night to Day’ is the very ‘Last Judgment’ prophesied by saints of old. It is a ‘Great Liquidation’ of the impurities accumulated over the 3,000-year ‘Era of Night.’ Specifically, this is the clearing of ‘Tsumi-Kegare’ (sins and defilements) from the soul’s past-life history, as well as the negative quantum information stored within ancestral genetic records.
Since this purification occurs not only on an individual level but also across families, ethnicities, nations, and the entire globe, escape is impossible. Our only recourse is to make righteous choices in accordance with the ‘Ri’ (Universal Law) of the universe. This is the sole method by which one may remain in the ‘Earthly Heaven’ or the ‘World of Miroku’ (the coming Ideal World). Refer to Chapter 6, ‘Human Choices from the Perspective of Quantum Theory.’
